The new 2020 frame, son of the famous champion frame in the national speed championship CNV 2018 and 2019, is completely "MADE IN BOLOGNA" and represents the very latest evolution in the PitBike motard field. This EVO frame designed exclusively for the motard has a new PERIMETER trellis structure in ALS 450 HIGH RESISTENTIAL steel + S700MC STRENX plates. mind blowing;
The evo frame, further developed compared to the 2019 project, is among the most rigid and lightest in Europe, weighing only 6.80 kg. presents:
- New cycling dimensions with a new angle of the steering head completely designed exclusively for the track and for the motard (not for cross use),
- Brand new and advanced trellis perimeter structure (evolved compared to 2019) in laser-cut and bent round tubes with high-precision variable radius numerical control tube bending machines and laser-cut "legs" in S700,
- Engine cradle with relative supports of newest conception with motor mounts in moto3 style, with adjustable engine position.
-Domposable frame in ALS450 steel + Plates in S700MC STRENX extremely rigid and very light and equipped with a revolutionary hooking / unhooking system of the superstructure (fairing kit + saddle + tank) which is completely removed by unscrewing only 4 pins in a few seconds and never again remove fairings, saddle and tank at each maintenance.
This latest generation frame combined with many components of the highest quality level, such as the new evolution SWINGARM in hard oxidized CNC aluminum, reinforced and stiffened with interchangeable CNC mono blocks to sew the bike to each rider, the STEERING PLATES machined from solid aluminum Hard oxidized CNC re-engineered and redesigned for best performance.
