The pit bike can be delivered in blue or red livery and / or customized, with any engine you want (we can install: zs155 gpx, YX160 Tokawa with motard gearbox, zs190 gpx 5-speed, zs212 gpx 5-speed). AYRTON LEGEND in collaboration with OMED srl in the person of Pasquale De Filippo, is proud to present its PIT BIKE project "AYRTON XTREMA 2021" completely studied, designed, developed and built in Italy.
The new 2020 frame, son of the famous champion frame in the national speed championship CNV2018 and 2019, is completely "MADE IN BOLOGNA" and represents the very latest evolution in the PitBike motard field.
This EVO frame designed exclusively for motard has a new but ultra-tested PERIMETER trellis structure in ALS 450 HIGH STRENGTH steel + S700MC STRENX plates. an amazing lightness;
The evo frame, further developed compared to the 2019 project, is among the most rigid and lightest in Europe, weighs only 6.8kg and features:
- New cycling dimensions with a new angle of the steering head completely designed exclusively for the track and for the motard (not for cross use),
- Brand new and advanced trellis perimeter structure (evolved compared to 2019) in laser-cut and bent round tubes with high-precision variable radius numerical control tube bending machines and laser-cut S700 "legs".
- Engine cradle with relative supports of newest conception with motor mounts in moto3 style, with adjustable engine position.
- Detachable frame in ALS450 steel + Plates in S700MC STRENX extremely rigid and very light and equipped with a revolutionary hooking / unhooking system of the superstructure (fairing kit + saddle + tank) which is completely removed by unscrewing only 4 pins in a few seconds and never again remove the fairings, saddle and tank at each maintenance.
This latest generation frame combined with many components of the highest quality level, such as the new LONG SWINGARM evolution in hard oxidized CNC aluminum, reinforced and stiffened with interchangeable CNC mono blocks to sew the bike on each rider, the STEERING PLATES machined from solid Hard oxidized CNC aluminum re-engineered and redesigned for best performance. The new ULTRALIGHT professional 3-hole SUPERLIGHT RIMS, the new BRAKING SYSTEMS with the DOUBLE DISC front, the new multi-adjustable CNC aluminum footrest supports, the new pentagonal stainless steel exhaust with removable DB-KILLER, and also the construction of the motorcycle made here in Italy by qualified personnel places the AYRTON XTREMA PitBikes among the best and most performing PitBikes in the European field, maintaining an incredible value for money and

revolutionary quickfit system. MADE IN ITALY. This system allows, by unscrewing only 5 pins, to immediately disassemble the entire fairing (complete plastic kit, tank saddle and subframe) in 1 minute for very quick maintenance in the race.
- ALUMINUM rear SWINGARM 7020 T6 CNC machined with treatment of
hard oxidation. Equipped (OPZ) with 4 CNC machined 7020 T6 aluminum blocks
interchangeable for single shock absorber attack. (varies the incidence of the single shock absorber and
its inclination).
- CNC machined 7075 T6 STEERING PLATES, completely machined from solid
